Job description
Coder is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). You'll help both leaders stay focused on the decisions, relationships, and priorities that move our business forward. Your work will keep two fast-moving organizations organized, connected, and prepared. In this role, you'll manage complex schedules, coordinate executive communications, and bring structure to competing priorities. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and the broader company to keep important work on track. We need someone who anticipates what's next, handles sensitive information with care, and makes the day-to-day easier for everyone involved.
