Qualification
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or state-specific Administrator license strongly preferred Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare field Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and resolve conflicts Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences Dedication to serving seniors with memory impairment in a diverse workforce State-specific licensure strongly preferred Additional Considerations: Flexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needs Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
