Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage warehouse data, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and reporting activities at our Chennai FF location. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between inward, storage, production (repotting), and dispatch teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. MIS & Reporting • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. • Maintain stock reports (plant-wise, pot-size-wise, zone-wise). • Track inward, GRN, production (repotting), and dispatch data. • Maintain dashboards for management review. • Provide data analysis for decision-making. 2. Inventory Control • Maintain accurate physical vs system stock records. • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations. • Monitor slow-moving, dead, and fast-moving inventory. • Identify stock discrepancies and co
