Position Overview We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Sector 34, Gurugram. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding. You will serve as a primary bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth office operations and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Source, screen, and schedule interviews for corporate, operational, and customer support roles. Manage job postings across recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and local hiring channels. Handle end-to-end onboarding, document verification, background checks, and orientation for new hires. 2. HR Operations & Attendance Management Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and digital files. Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and roster shifts to coordinate with payroll. Manage employee offboarding, exit interviews, and full & final (F&F) settlement documentation. 3. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute employee engagement activities, birthday/work anniversary celebrations, and team-building events. Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and workplace resolution. Help drive internal communication to foster a collaborative and high-energy work culture. 4. Compliance & HR Support Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies. Support the HR Lead in annual performance appraisals, training, and policy rollouts. Requirements & Qualifications Education: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist (preferably in E-commerce, Retail, QSR). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with HRMS portals and MS Office (Excel, Word). Good organizational time-management skills with high attention to detail. Location: Must be comfortable commuting daily to Sector 34, Gurugram .
