Job description
Key Responsibilities Store & Inventory Management Manage inward, storage, and issuance of materials Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels Ensure proper identification, labelling, and preservation of materials Conduct periodic stock verification Coordination Coordinate with PPC and Production for material planning Coordinate with Design/R&D for BOM clarification and changes Coordinate with the Electronics team for electrical/electronic components Follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules and quality issues Quality & Documentation Ensure materials meet required specifications and quality standards Maintain purchase, GRN, and store documentation Support audits and compliance requirements Cost & Process Control Support cost reduction and alternate vendor development Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory
