Key Responsibilities: • Production planning and execution as per the daily production schedule. • Manpower planning, allocation, and effective utilization. • Monitor production lines and ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Ensure daily production targets are achieved within planned shift timings. • Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). • Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum operational efficiency. • Ensure proper batch documentation, BMR completion, and production records. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor production and machine-related issues. • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, PRP, OPRP, CCP, food safety, quality, safety, and hygiene requirements. • Understand and monitor HACCP plans, food safety hazards, control measures, critical limits, monitoring, and corrective actions. • Ensure effective implementation an
