Job description
This is a hybrid role that requires regular travel to WelbeHealth sites within your assigned region, typically 1–3 times per week, as well as travel to another region approximately once per month for a same-day visit. WelbeHealth is a value-based healthcare organization that’s transforming the future of senior care by providing an all-inclusive care option to our most vulnerable senior population. We step in as the care provider and care planner that work to keep our participants within their communities, out of institutions, and cared for like family, all while receiving the healthcare and social services needed to thrive. The Facilities Coordinator is the primary point of contact for all building shell and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) related items, and will also assist with setup and coordination of the Emergency Management Professional Program (EMPP) processes and proc
