Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION Chef Instructor to assist teach our college students in our Culinary Institute. In this role, you'll train all components of baking, from hygiene to plating skills. If you have specialized experience in a position such as Pastry Chef or Chocolate Designer, you may teach classes in those disciplines too. You will conduct lectures for our college students, give hands-on practice sessions, and grade pupil performance. You also need to have strong communication skills. Ø Teach culinary classes according to course curriculum. Ø Provide personal and professional guidance to students when needed. Ø Develop creative instructional methods to engage students in learning process. Ø Develop instruction materials and handouts for students.
