Job description
SUMMARY Provides consistent field-level oversight across assigned facilities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, General Orders, Post Orders, contract requirements, training standards, and established operational requirements. Conducts routine site visits, inspections, and compliance evaluations; identifies deficiencies; provides guidance and support to supervisory personnel; and coordinates corrective actions with the Account Manager. Serves as an intermediary between Account Managers and Site Supervisors to promote consistent implementation of requirements across all assigned locations. Maintains accurate documentation of inspections, compliance evaluations, deficiencies, and corrective actions in accordance with established quality assurance requirements. Qualification
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS The Field Compliance Officer must have a minimum of three years of experience in law enforcement, armed security operations, or security compliance; AND an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when balanced with equivalent experience; OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Where applicable: State Security Officer License; Certification in the use of weapons State Armed License if required; CPR/AED/First Aid Certification may be needed; CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Current/valid state driver’s license PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must undergo and successfully pass an approved physical evaluation before assignment
