Job description
FEQ427R368 The Emerging Business & LATAM Field Enablement Manager builds the enablement strategy that helps Databricks win new customers, move faster in high-volume territories, and grow platform consumption across the Emerging Business and Latin America segments. Much of this field is early in their careers and sells in a high-velocity motion across large books of accounts. The role partners with Sales and Field Engineering leadership to turn segment priorities into measurable gains in seller skills, ramp time, pipeline, and consumption. The Impact You Will Have In the first 12–18 months, build a prioritized enablement roadmap for approximately 500 account executives and field engineers across Emerging Business and LATAM.
