Qualification

A master's degree from a top business school. A double degree in accounting (DCG/DSCG) is a plus. Financial rigor: Deep understanding of French GAAP and treasury fundamentals — you bring the same discipline to a closing cycle as you do to a cash position. International mindset: Excited to build a multi-entity, multi-country accounting backbone as we expand; IFRS exposure is a plus. Stakeholder management: You build trust with partners inside and outside Joko, and you're comfortable holding them accountable. Problem solving: You dig into the root cause and fix things. AI centricity: You use AI in your daily work today, and you're excited to help automate reporting and reconciliation as part of Joko's AI-first finance ambition.
