This is an internal role at Weekday. Not a role by a client. Role type: Full time Location: Remote Working with: CEO and Cofounder Weekday is an AI-native recruiting platform. We are backed by Y Combinator and Venture Highway (now General Catalyst). We have built the largest white collar talent database in India and have built tools to run outbound recruiting campaigns to them. About the role You’ll work closely with the founders on some of the most important problems at the company. There isn’t a fixed lane for this role. What you work on will depend on what the company needs at the time. That could mean figuring out why a product isn’t growing, launching a new product or market, improving an internal process, working with customers, researching a new opportunity, or taking on a project that simply doesn’t have an obvious owner yet.
