Great strategy is easy to write. Getting it done is the hard part. Every ambitious company has a gap between what leadership decides on Monday and what actually ships a month later. Priorities get agreed, energy peaks, and then daily fires take over. We’re hiring someone to own that gap and make sure decisions turn into delivered outcomes. At Techdome, you’ll sit beside our CEO and CTO as their execution engine. You’ll convert strategic intent into concrete plans, line up the right owners, and push every initiative to a finished result across Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. You’ll also be expected to find places where AI and automation can make the whole company faster.
