3–4 years of hands-on experience with Java, OOP, J2EE, and microservice design fundamentals Experienced with Agile scrum delivery model Strong knowledge of multithreading and design patterns Experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus Building and consuming REST APIs Experience with integration frameworks, such as Apache Camel Experience with any messaging systems, such as ActiveMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS Proficiency working with JSON, XML, and XSD schemas Experience with any relational and NoSQL databases Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, or RDS Familiarity with Docker; basic understanding of Kubernetes or OpenShift Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) Comfortable working in Linux environments Experience with JUnit, Mockito or similar Familiarity with Postman or SOAP UI or similar Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Bonus points if you have: Basic Python scripting for automation or AWS tasks Exposure to JavaScript for frontend or full‑stack work As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Conn
