Qualification
High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation and cooking (grilling, sautéing, broiling, frying, baking) Food Handlers Certificate from the County Department of Environmental Health Knowledge of food safety regulations Effective communicator in verbal and written English Ability to read and follow menus and recipes, including substitutions Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
