We are seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist to focus on the Aircraft Systems category for our New Product Introduction (NPI) Supply Chain team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in aircraft system sourcing, bringing deep familiarity with the supplier ecosystems, certification requirements and operational realities of Tier 1 aviation OEMs. You will bring hands-on experience navigating the FAA regulatory environment – including the TSO authorization process, Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) and DO-160/DO-1

Working knowledge of applicable manufacturing techniques Experience working with medium and large aerospace OEMs Experience with design-build partnerships and associated agreement types Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment, and passion to perform under pressure Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Materials Science, or related field 5+ years direct experience working with Aircraft Systems parts or managing suppliers providing these parts Supplier audit experience Understanding of aerospace quality requirements (AS9100, traceability, FAA certification requirements) Experience developing and executing category sourcing strategies Strong ability to perform both as a part of a team and to perform as an individual Above and Beyond
