Job description
We are looking for a General Manager to own the strategy, product direction, operating model, and business outcomes for Command , Asana’s dedicated product for software development teams. Leading across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, User Research, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will align team priorities to transform technical work orchestration into a scalable enterprise business. In this cross-functional leadership role, you will define market strategy, drive product quality, and establish Command as a pivotal pillar in Asana’s broader human-agent operating system vision. This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
