Grants Manager

We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  As a Grants Manager on the Stand Together Trust team you will lead process improvements, build capabilities, and drive operational excellence on a portfolio of grants supporting social change entrepreneurs. In this role, you will build relationships and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders within a growing team. You will apply a detail-oriented project management background to identify gaps and drive solutions that result in transformational change. Within this new role on the Stand Together Trust team, you will support a portfolio of current and future partnerships focused on shifting education from a one-size-fits-all system to learning that’s tailored to each student’s unique gifts, interests, and needs. This role is part of the operational engine that supports Stand Together’s Education Paradigm and Programming.  This role is essential to our success in keeping pace with the demand for our support and will help build a team focused on operational and relationship excellence.
