3+ years of experience in graphic design, with significant experience in digital or app-based contexts. Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects. Strong portfolio demonstrating visually engaging designs across channels (ads, app, social). Understanding of design for impact — from A/B tested assets to inclusive UI/UX visuals. Experience collaborating with content, product, and growth teams in a high-velocity environment. Excellent English communication and storytelling skills, both visual and verbal. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks in parallel. Preferred
