Qualification
M.Sc. / Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry) Strong technical expertise in organic chemistry, agrochemical synthesis, and formulations . Proven experience in leading and managing R&D teams (10+ members preferable). Expertise in process development, scale-up, and analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, GC, LC-MS). Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
