Job description
The role This is the senior production role in the group, working alongside our Group Operations Director and deputising across the full manufacturing estate. You will lead production directly across our two Hampshire sites: Alton, where we produce wall art and print products, and Basingstoke, where we manufacture frame rims for the picture framing trade. You will also take responsibility for production performance at our Venlo facility in the Netherlands (framed pictures, canvas, acrylic and magnets) and our Charlotte facility in North Carolina, working through local site leadership and helping to strengthen it. The work combines high order complexity with relatively simple manufacturing processes.
