YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY As our Groups & Events Executive, you will play an essential role in creating exceptional experiences while contributing to the hotel’s commercial success. Your responsibilities will include: Managing group accommodation and event inquiries, from initial contact through contracting and successful execution. Creating bespoke proposals and tailored experiences that reflect the unique character and exceptional standards of Augustine Hotel. Building and nurturing lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and international partners. Coordinating exclusive corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and sophisticated events. Collaborating closely with operational departments to ensure seamless communication and flawless delivery. Identifying revenue opportunities, maximizing conversion, and contributing to the hotel’s commercial objectives. Delivering a highly personalized client journey that inspires loyalty and exceeds expectations. Previous experience in Groups & Events, hotel sales, or a similar hospitality role. Strong commercial awareness and a natural ability to build meaningful client relationships. Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Czech.
