Growth Marketer

In just over two years, we’ve gone from 0 to over 900 customers, succeeding where many have tried and failed before. We’re now on the hunt for a brilliant growth marketer who wants to make an enormous impact on Spruce’s growth trajectory as we add thousands of installers over the next 18 months. You’ll help to scale and own our marketing and growth engine – campaigns, content, ads, and the experiments that tell us what’s actually working – and generally anything that helps accelerate our growth. This is not an easy job – but we can promise it’ll be incredibly stimulating & fulfilling, and you’ll struggle to find a lovelier, more engaged group of customers to work with (..and the team’s not bad either!). 🌲 About Spruce Almost 20% of the UK’s carbon emissions comes from heating homes – there’s simply no way to make reach net zero without phasing out gas and oil boilers. Right now the only
