Job Title: Marketing Manager (BPO) Location | Remote Time Zone | EST Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a business process outsourcing (BPO) company. This is a full-time role requiring direct experience marketing a BPO itself, not a BPO's clients. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and comfortable owning both brand and demand generation efforts in a fast-paced, service-based environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand, services, and growth goals - Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) - Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to reach decision-

Direct experience working as a Marketing Manager for a BPO company itself (marketing the BPO's own services, not client campaigns) (non-negotiable) - Proven experience managing ads and/or general marketing strategy in a BPO or outsourcing industry setting - Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns - Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional, business-facing communication style - Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail - Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
