About Bolna Bolna (YC-backed) is building the voice infrastructure for India, powering millions of AI-powered conversations for businesses across industries. About the role We're hiring one GTM Associate to win new enterprise customers for Bolna's Voice AI products. You'll find the accounts, build the relationships, create the pipeline and see deals through to closure, working directly with the GTM Lead. This is a hunter role. It suits someone who has sold to enterprises, enjoys early-stage ambiguity and wants high ownership. Pedigree doesn't matter. Track record does. What you'll do Identify and prioritise new enterprise accounts and map the right decision-makers Build pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals and events Qualify leads and follow up persistently so nothing goes cold Run the full cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation and closure Own client relationships after closur
