Nous recherchons un(e) Barman Senior ("Head Bartender") enthousiaste pour offrir une expérience inoubliable à nos clients. Vous êtes en mesure de créer des boissons classiques et innovantes dépassant les attentes des clients. Vos missions : Accueillir les membres et leurs invités ; Superviser la planification des équipes, la formation et l’intégration de l’équipe du Bar ; Organiser le service, attribuer des tâches à l’équipe et superviser leurs progrès ; S’assurer que les objectifs sont atteints ; Connaître l’ensemble des services et offres de l’établissement pour fournir des informations précises aux clients ; Savoir évaluer les besoins des clients, connaître leurs préférences et faire des suggestions/recommandations Se montrer courtois(e) et poli(e) à chaque instant ; Aider le personnel de la salle si besoin ; Maîtriser la confection de cocktails classiques et des cocktails signatures
