Job description
At Parfumado, we're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Head of Finance & Operations to strengthen our financial performance, drive operational efficiency and help us scale sustainably. We currently operate in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Sweden and Denmark, with Germany in the launch phase. Your primary responsibility will be to lead Finance, ensuring strong financial control, reliable forecasting, healthy cash flow and actionable business insights. Alongside Finance, you'll oversee operational performance through our Head of Operations, who reports to you on GM development, inventory, demand forecasting, fulfilment efficiency and working capital. You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team, translating financial and operational insights into better business decisions.
