Head of Recruitment Operations

About the Role Hudson Manpower is looking for an experienced Head of Recruitment Operations to lead and strengthen our recruitment delivery function. We manage a mix of ongoing white-collar recruitment and high-volume blue-collar recruitment campaigns. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, visibility and consistency to the entire recruitment operation. This is not primarily an individual recruiter role . We are looking for an operations leader who knows how to manage recruiters, build processes, establish KPIs, create effective reporting systems and ensure client requirements are delivered consistently.
