About the team The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the GTM organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. This role will partner directly with the head of the global Solution Architecture, whose team is responsible for pre-sales technical assessment and technical validation of Users in partnership with Sales. This role will be expected to drive the rhythm of business, data insights / reporting, strategic initiatives, annual planning and execution. We advance the sales policies, processes and tools to drive revenue and growth. Role: Paid Media Specialist Location: Chicago, IL – In-Person (3/days week) Reports to: Head of Marketing Operations tastytrade is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to support the planning, execution, and reporting of paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in paid media and is comfortable across the full campaign lifecycle, from brief to creative to launch to reporting. This person should bring a solid working knowledge of media planning and channel strategy, hands-on experience trafficking ads, and the ability to write paid search copy with a real understanding of the mechanics behind it. Strong campaign timeline and logistics management is essential, as is experience managing relationships with external agencies and getting campaigns live.
