Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related healthcare field required. Master's degree preferred. Hospice and Palliative Care Management certification preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Hospice Administrator, Executive Director, or equivalent leadership role. Strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission standards. Multi-site leadership experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of full-time supervisory or management experience Experience must be within the past five (5) year Associates in driving-required roles must maintain a valid and active driver’s license; failure to do so may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination per company policy Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Background in hospice, home health, a primary care clinic, or another healthcare setting Flexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needs Why Choose Silverado?
