About the Role Join Hudson Manpower in supporting large-scale hospitality hiring for premium hotel groups, restaurants, and catering brands across the Gulf. We are looking for a driven Hospitality Recruiter who understands hospitality roles and can manage end-to-end recruitment while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. If you enjoy fast-paced hiring and international exposure, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles (Waiters, Chefs, Baristas, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.). Source candidates through portals, referrals, databases, and walk-ins. Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates as per client requirements. Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and client feedback. Manage documentation, CV formatting, and recruitment trackers. Liaise with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
