Key Responsibilities · Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating · Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently · Escort guests to tables and provide menus · Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow · Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area · Inform guests about waiting times and restaurant policies when necessary · Assist in handling guest concerns or complaints politely · Support restaurant operations during busy service periods · Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards · Coordinate with floor staff and management for VIP guests and special requests · Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure 🔹 Benefits
