Job description
Job Description Are you interested in starting your career in Human Resources? As an HR Coordinator in Convey's Emerging Talent Program, you'll support how our people are hired, onboarded and supported. You'll also grow through a six-month development program built for early-career professionals. You'll learn from leaders across the company and build a network outside your team. You'll also take ownership of a project that improves how HR works at Convey. What you'll do Coordinate new hire onboarding, including scheduling, paperwork, system setup and first-week meetings with IT and HR Keep employee records and HR systems accurate and up to date Answer employee questions about policies, benefits and HR processes, and escalate when needed Support recruiting by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and keeping job postings current Help plan and run employee engagement events
