Bachelor's degree/Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field. • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related function (freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply). • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with Google Workspace tools. Desired Skills & Attributes: • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Assamese/Hindi. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. • A proactive, service-oriented attitude with willingness to learn. • Basic data management and reporting skills. • Empathy and genuine interest in education, social impact, and community development.
