Role overview

Job description

Company Overview: Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy built on a simple conviction: medicine should fit the patient, not the other way around. We started Strive because we believed the pharmaceutical industry was overdue for a more human approach—one that prioritizes individualized care, clinical nuance, and genuine partnership with patients and providers. Compounding gives us the tools to do that. Every formulation we prepare is built to the specific needs of a specific person, and every interaction we have is guided by that same commitment to personalized care. We're growing, and we're looking for people who share that conviction. If you're ready to be part of a pharmacy that takes the work seriously and the people even more seriously, we'd like to meet you. Mission: Strive exists to disrupt an industry long overdue for a more personal approach to care. We put the human element at the center of everything: every formulation, every patient interaction, every provider partnership. We're not just a compounding pharmacy. We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like. Position Overview: The HR Generalist is a hands-on HR resource for the business teams they support, with a strong emphasis on recruiting. This role owns the full recruiting cycle, from intake with hiring managers through offer and onboarding, while also providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employees. Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees on HR questions, processes, and policy application Support employee relations matters, including documentation and escalation of more complex issues Collaborate with HR Operations and other HR teams to deliver integrated people programs, escalating specialized sourcing or high-volume hiring needs as appropriate Apply HR policies and employment law with good judgment across a variety of situations Contribute to department-wide HR initiatives as assigned Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition Experience managing a full recruiting cycle, from requisition to offer, in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of HR generalist functions, including employee relations, onboarding, etc. Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS; familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, managers, and employees Working knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance Professional, organized, and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR a plus Work Environment: This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. Strive Pharmacy

Healthcare

Company Overview Before we opened Strive Pharmacy we were unsatisfied with the current state of the pharmaceutical industry. Most of the current pharmaceuticals only offer a one-size-fits-all approach and often come with unwanted and potentially dangerous side effects. We found that through compounding we can offer a much more personalized solution to medicine. Through this, we have been able to help patients get the results they are seeking for their personal needs. After years of working for corporate chains, we took the risk and opened Strive Pharmacy. We are dedicated to providing a better experience for each customer and clinic that we work with. Apply to become a Striver today! Our Mission We’re flipping the script with personal medicine. We strive to interrupt an industry that has been closed to personalized care, accessibility, and nuance for too long. We strive to shift a reactive view of self-care and ignite a proactive baseline-shifting approach to health for all. 'The human element’ is our crux and catalyst, driving all that we do, whether we’re interacting with patients, providers, or practices. We’re here to partner with those ready for a change. More than a compounding pharmacy, we’re on a mission to positively disrupt healthcare as we know it. Strive is about more than medicine. Strive is about striving for the personal side of healthcare
