Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline About the Role We are looking for an HR Executive/HR Generalist to support our warehouse operations at Kalki Fashion. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing blue-collar workforce and a good understanding of statutory compliance, employee relations, and day to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage HR operations for warehouse employees, including onboarding, attendance, and employee records. Monitor attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records of warehouse employees. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate wage processing. Handle recruitment and workforce management for blue-collar and contractual employees. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shop & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations. Support POSH implementation, employee grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for manpower-related activities. Manage relationships with manpower vendors and labour contractors. Ensure contractor compliance with labour laws and company requirements. M
