Job description
About Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll management, HRMS administration. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience independently managing the complete payroll cycle and be comfortable working with automated payroll systems. In this role, you will be responsible for validating payroll inputs and outputs, identifying discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and managing the company's HRMS platform end-to-end. You will also oversee core HR operational processes, ensure statutory compliance, and continuously improve HR processes through effective use of HR technology. Key Responsibilities 1.
