KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer rollout. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
