CGS is seeking a skilled HUMINT Targeting Specialist – Subject Matter Expert to support USSOCOM Staff in conducting HUMINT and intelligence missions. This role involves all aspects of the HUMINT lifecycle, including collection planning and execution, lead generation, exploitation, analysis, coordination, reporting, and adaptive planning to address capability or training gaps. In this role you will apply advanced HUMINT targeting tradecraft to develop courses of action for emergent HUMINT problems, integrate HUMINT into broader targeting and collection plans, and mentor teams to improve long-term HUMINT effectiveness.

Qualification
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an analytic or targeting capacity within a National Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command staff, or DoD operational units; No less than five (5) years of experience performing targeting support to HUMINT operations or HUMINT programs. - A graduate of any one or combination of the following: Targeting Foundations Course (TFC), HUMINT Targeting Training Seminar (HTTS), or Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC) or a legacy equivalent (Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course (AHTC), Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), and Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC))
