Job description
The Indirects Procurement Manager is a pivotal, company-wide role responsible for the end-to-end management, mapping, and optimization of Field’s corporate and operational indirect expenditure. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will build a robust indirect procurement function from scratch—acting as a crucial commercial business partner to our global HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Engineering teams. This is a globally focused position. We require an agile operator with extensive international experience who has supported and scaled operations across multiple jurisdictions (including the UK, Germany, Spain, and Italy). Leveraging a strong legal background or degree, you will directly navigate, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contract schedules, global SaaS licensing agreements, and cross-border service contracts. Qualification
Degree educated (Bachelor's or Master's in Law, Business, or Finance preferred). CIPS/MCIPS or equivalent professional procurement certification is highly desirable. Fluent in English; proficiency in German, Spanish, or Italian is a significant advantage.
