Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline with 7 years of experience in facilities engineering, construction project management, or a related field OR 15 years of hands-on facilities and infrastructure engineering experience in lieu of a degree; Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing engineering teams, with demonstrated ability to build team structure, drive accountability, and grow individual contributors in a fast-paced technical environment; PMP, CCM, or equivalent project management certification with demonstrated application in capital construction or industrial facility programs
