Role Overview We are looking for an Interior Design Lead who can take ownership of the design function while leading and managing a team of interior designers . The role will be responsible for setting design direction, managing the team's workload and deliverables, and ensuring projects are delivered within timelines, budgets and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and mentor the interior design team , allocating projects and monitoring individual deliverables.
