We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 3 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Cambridge. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your role:

  • Help design and refine Philips service offers for the North American healthcare market through customer and market research, data analysis, and clear offer-design materials. Support business cases, pilot planning, and launch readiness to improve service value and the customer experience.
  • Join the North America Services and Solutions Marketing team supporting Diagnosis & Treatment businesses, collaborating with offer management, marketing, sales, service operations, finance, and business stakeholders. Help document customer journeys, service workflows, requirements, and decisions while tracking project milestones and follow-up actions.
  • Gain hands-on experience in product management and offer design, with coaching from experienced leaders and exposure to the service-offer lifecycle from insight and concept through validation and launch planning. Strengthen your business analysis, stakeholder management, communication, and executive-presentation skills through a meaningful healthcare services project.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, product management, engineering, healthcare administration, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Your skills include basic data analysis and comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and written documents. You can organize information, identify patterns, and summarize complex topics in clear recommendations for different audiences.
  • You are interested in healthcare technology, services, customer experience, innovation, or product management. Prior internship, project, research, or team experience is helpful but not required.
  • You communicate clearly in writing and conversation and enjoy collaborating across functions and locations. You ask thoughtful questions, take initiative, and welcome feedback.
  • You bring attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with guidance. You are ready to follow Philips quality, privacy, compliance, and information-security requirements when handling project information.

How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

  This is an office role.
