We're currently looking for a Junior Operations Specialist with a focus on Order Processing to join our Operations team. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. This position is located at Polestar Belgium in Brussels and is limited to two years. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. Let us describe the challenge we offer In this role, you'll be expected to support the Planning, Ordering and Distribution Manager Belgium. Your key responsibility will be to process incoming orders from new and existing fleet or B2B customers. You will be in close contact with the Sales Team in order to ensure orders are processed efficiently and effectively. You will also be in close contact with the leasing companies and our headquarters in Sweden to ensure timely and correct order processing. A second part of the job is to monitor, analyze, optimize and automate existing (order) processes within the Operations Team, to make our organization future proof.
