This position is a key part of the legal team supporting Hasbro's patent function including patent clearance, due diligence and patent searching to support Hasbro's patent counsel. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a broad range of matters with professionalism and discretion. Good interpersonal and organizational skills, a proactive "can do" attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment are paramount! Review of submitted Patent Clearances to assess sufficiency and seek completion when additional information is needed from the engineering department.
