IT Executive / IT Engineer – Job Description Position: IT Executive / IT Engineer Department: Information Technology (IT) Reports To: IT Manager / Admin Head Key Responsibilities • Provide IT support to office and shop-floor users. • Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners and networking devices. • Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity. • Manage user accounts, email IDs and access rights. • Data backup, antivirus and system security monitoring. • Support ERP / HRMS / Attendance / CCTV systems. • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support. • Maintain IT asset and service records.
