IT Manager Role : Full-time, on-site (5 days/week) Location : Etobicoke, Ontario (Toronto) Comp : $100,000-$120,000 base + bonus + benefits About Us A profitable, privately owned, growing B2B company in the industrial space. Qualification
8+ years in IT systems administration or infrastructure roles 1+ years managing people Post-secondary diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph) Comfort writing SQL queries against business databases Strong documentation habits: runbooks, integration maps, change logs, and diagrams Bonus Points: Experience using AI and automation to take repetitive IT work off the plate, such as user provisioning, ticket triage, and system monitoring and alerts Salesforce administration experience Experience with Ubiquiti UniFi networking Azure governance and cost management, or pipeline tooling (Fivetran, Azure Data Factory) Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or multi-site operations Certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, CCNA, or Security+ Perks: This role includes Health and Dental benefits + an Annual Bonus Plan Equal opportunity employer.
