Job description
OVERVIEW The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for administering, supporting, and continuously improving eClinical Solutions’ enterprise technology platforms and related infrastructure. The position also supports the company’s core technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, backup and recovery systems, and hosted services. Responsibilities include platform configuration, identity and access management, endpoint management, application integration, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support. The IT Systems Engineer works across functional and technical areas and may assume additional responsibilities based on evolving business, security, compliance, and operational needs.
