Role Overview The Jr Zonal Manager will be responsible for managing a cluster of stores within an assigned geography, ensuring operational excellence, people development, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets. The role requires a hands-on leader who can coach teams, drive accountability, solve operational challenges, and ensure stores consistently deliver strong business performance and customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned stores. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, operational processes, hygiene, food safety, and brand standards. Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews. Monitor and improve store audit scores and compliance standards. Ensure smooth opening, closing, staffing, and shift operations across stores. 2.
