Umsetzung und Koordination von Kundenanforderungen mit internen Abteilungen Verantwortung für die stetige Kommunikation für zugewiesene Kunden in allen Belangen Ausarbeitung und Verfolgung von Angeboten Abstimmung der Liefertermine und Auftragsinhalte intern und extern Unterstützung bei der KPI-Ermittlung Budgetverantwortung des zugewiesenen Kundenstamms Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Erste Erfahrungen im Account Management wünschenswert
